The WBNC has a number of counselling options available. We have a Solution Based Counsellor on staff, who can work with you to assist with developing resilience and problem solving skills as well as a number of strategies to manage anxiety. We also have a visiting Clinical Social Worker, who provides counselling aimed at developing mindfulness and using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to assist with managing anxiety and depression as well as improving resilience.

As well as this, we have a hypnotherapist and QIT smoking facilitator to assist with smoking cessation.
