District Nursing

The WBNC can provide district nursing into your home. This service is aimed at providing the clinical support necessary to avoid hospitalisation if possible, or to assist you when you’ve been discharged from hospital.

Our district nurses provide services such as wound management, medication assistance, ongoing monitoring and review, connection and disconnection of Baxter Pumps, PICC dressings, or any other heath needs you may have.
