Pharmacy
Walwa Medical Practice is (on site at the WBNC) is considered a “dispensing practice”. This means they run similarly to a pharmacy, able to dispense medications, fill scripts and repeats. Many small rural areas do not have access to pharmacy services and are forced to travel to neighbouring towns. The WBNC pharmacy service means our GP and NP can immediately access the medications you require. Medications are also dispensed under PBS, meaning you will only be charged the concession amount if you have a health care card, and most medications are subsidised.
